Program Development Consultation

Hebrew HealthCare offers a constellation of services to meet the needs of older adults in our community. With each service expansion and with the advent of technology, the definition of “our community” expands continuously. We offer consultation services to organizations who seek program enhancements, policy guidance or expertise from any of our centers of excellence. Consultation service is offered to organizations in Connecticut and out of state.

A proposal can be developed to provide customized consultation services in a variety of areas, including (but not limited to):

Aging and health
GeriCentric Care
Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders
Depression and mental health issues and services
Organizational transitions in today’s health care climate
Health care reform and aging services
Community Based Programs of Excellence
Partners in caring – elders, clinicians, and families
Grant writing (for non-profit organizations)
Developing complementary therapy/wellness programs:
(Laughter therapy, dance-movement, art and music therapy, horticultural therapy, etc.)
Activities for Older Adults
Public policy issues for adults and aging services

Consultation services may include: staff education/inservices, organizational analysis, policy analysis and recommendations, program development and recommendations for implementation, facilitation of professional meetings, community education and awareness.

Agreements are entered into between Hebrew HealthCare, Inc., and the company (or parent company/corporation) and are customized to the requested services at a standard rate of $1500.00 per day. If extensive travel arrangements or research time is required, fees beyond the per diem rate may apply.
